Strength That Carries Into The Day

How adults can approach lifting as a language of control, confidence, and useful force.

The Five Patterns

Squat

Lowering and rising with control, adapting depth to mobility and comfort.

Hinge

Organising the hips and trunk to move load without rushing the spine.

Push

Pressing an object away while keeping breath and alignment available.

Pull

Bringing resistance toward the body with a stable shoulder position.

Carry

Walking with load, posture, and awareness of space.

Numbers Are Notes, Not A Verdict

Loads and repetitions can make practice measurable, but they do not describe the whole session. Quality, range, confidence, and how a person feels later are meaningful information too.
